This Privacy Policy describes how Darcy L. Kasner DDS, Inc., doing business as Artisan Dentistry ("Artisan Dentistry," "we," or "us"), collects, uses, and discloses personal information through this website. It does not govern the separate handling of protected health information (PHI) by the dental practice itself. The dental practice provides a Notice of Privacy Practices under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), available at the office on request.
